Claritas Supra Illusionem

Yellow Rose Foundation is a rights-conscious legal and research initiative focused on psychological harm, coercive conduct, personal safety, autonomy, and freedom of mind.

The Foundation examines how patterns of control, intimidation, dependency, concealment, and cumulative psychological pressure may operate across interpersonal, technological, social, and institutional environments while remaining difficult to identify within conventional legal structures.

Its work contributes to broader discussions concerning: psychological harm recognition, dignity and autonomy, risk assessment and legal response systems

evidentiary and policy limitations surrounding non-physical forms of dangerousness.

The Foundation develops conceptual and policy-oriented models intended to support clarity.

The Foundation does not provide counselling, crisis support, advocacy services, or legal advice.
