Our Mission

The Yellow Rose Foundation is an independent research initiative exploring liberty, human dignity, autonomy, legal consciousness, conscious living, freedom of expression, and the evolving relationship between people, society, and emerging technologies.

Our work examines the conditions that enable individuals and communities to think freely, make informed decisions, express themselves authentically, and participate consciously in society. We explore both the visible and invisible limitations of liberty, including legal, social, cultural, institutional, and technological influences that shape human experience.

The Foundation’s earlier work on coercive control continues as part of a broader research interest in limitations of liberty, threats to autonomy, and the preservation of human dignity. We seek to understand not only how freedom may be constrained, but also how it may be strengthened through knowledge, awareness, culture, law, creativity, and conscious participation in society.

We are particularly interested in the role of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and data-driven systems in supporting human decision-making, risk assessment, and personal agency. As technology increasingly influences daily life, the Foundation explores how innovation can be used responsibly to enhance awareness, improve informed decision-making, and support individual and collective liberty.

We believe that liberty is sustained not only through rights and protections, but through knowledge, responsibility, creativity, awareness, and the capacity to assess risks and opportunities within an increasingly complex.
